By accessing or using our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products and Orders

1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud.

1.2 Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total where required by law.

Shipping and Delivery

2.1 Shipping Area

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

2.2 Delivery Estimates

All orders ship from mainland China. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and estimated transit time is 40–60 business days.

2.3 Duties and Taxes

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). NestWorks covers all applicable import duties and import taxes. U.S. sales tax is separate and shown at checkout.

2.4 Undelivered Packages

If you have not received your product, you must report it to us within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date shown in your order.

You can find the estimated delivery date in your order details or by contacting customer support. Reports submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

3.1 Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within specific windows:

  • 7 calendar days: For unopened products returned due to non-quality issues (restocking fees apply).

  • 14 calendar days: For manufacturing defects or shipping damage (with carrier proof).

3.2 Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and must be shipped in the original packaging.

3.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.

Limited Warranty

4.1 Warranty Coverage

NestWorks provides a limited commercial warranty for individual consumer customers.

The specific warranty duration for the machine and major components is set forth in our Warranty Policy and the Product & Major Component Warranty Period Table.

If local law provides a longer period, the longer period applies.

4.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform required maintenance (e.g., laser module cleaning).

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NestWorks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Submit false warranty claims or forged purchase documents.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
